1993 was the start of a new craze among kids called The Mighty Morphin Power Rangers ,
My daughter was nuts about them, even on a non school uniform day whilst other girls were princesses my daughter went as a power ranger !! Based on five students that turn in power rangers who fight against Rita Repulsa the evil sorceress and her evil companions.

In my view it was dreadful i even back in the day refused to sell the figures of it in my top shop,one them them shows you expect to see Lee Majors to be doing a cameo in.

The 8 inch Original figures were pretty cool i have to admit that but most the figures were compared to Jurassic park, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and one of my favourites Street Sharks of the same era were poor i was pretty fussy what i sold as my shop was small, and i preferred other toy brands at the time.

Well i guess i was wrong about Power Rangers as it became huge and still highly popular ( Kids will watch anything ) and now and with new movie coming out it does not look like going away anytime soon,

As a collector and seller of collectible retro toys of course i now sell power rangers they have a big cult following and my 6 year old boy likes them too, ( i had to buy them a white power ranger outfit grrrr along with a Scooby Doo outfit so i make hm wear that lol.

The series begins with five teenagers Fighting Rita and her vast seemingly endless array of monsters, while also dealing with there typical teenage problems and clashing with local bullies Bulk and Skull.

Sorry if i am seeming negative about these toys but being a 80;s kid with transformers, Ghostbusters, GI Joe, Masters of the Universe etc , i j
