DALEKS, DR WHO, TOUCHWOOD, action figures for sale!
Louis Marx toys made Doctor who Dalek toys in the 1960's these fetch high prices and i am sure were the makers of the first toys famous for the rolykins Daleks that were reissued not to long ago by product enterprises who reissued a lot of dalek related items and these to command good prices with some issues extremely limited which i have been lucky enough to own in the past buying a complete collection at Auction once,
Denys fisher in the the 1970's made the dalek doctor who toys untill being bought by the toy company palitoy hence so many early star wars toys and doctor who toys say denys fisher then became branded palitoy ,
palitoy must i used the denys fisher name for a few years as in the uk you can find denys fisher star wars items that date later than when sold to palitoy in the early 1970's
After the now lookijng back just how awesome were the denys fisher /palitoy toys as then came the dreadful really poor quality dapol figures of the 80's i won't even get onto them but funny enough there getting pretty valuable of late with how popular dr who has become worldwide with the modern 2005 to present day Doctor who series.
Character options not at the time a big brand some how and no disrespect t to them got the license to make the 2005 fig
ures, not quite sure how Hasbro, Mattel or any of the big market leaders missed out, i guess they just did not see how huge Doctor Who would become,Character options made and still do today brilliant figures,for this long running tv series other company's have licenses to make these toys Eaglemoss make lead figurines and big chief studios make just the most incredible realistic figures of the doctors i have seen so far, ( main picture Doctor Who David Tennant click on image for more details )
