The A-Team Action figures and collectables for sale
1980's weekend television consisted of the a-team amongst other cheesy American tv series such as Knight rider, Street Hawk Airwolf ,Dukes of Hazard they just seemed to churn these shows out, I liked the Fall guy his 82' Chevy truck jut caught my imagination
Basically these were American copies of dodgy 60's 70's uk tv series such as the avengers etc but we lapped them up well that's all what was on tele before cable and the Internet,
The A-team consisted of four mercenarys guns for hire employed by villages corporations etc , the best thing about the A-Team was the cool GMC Van and the mr t one liners.
Galoob made the figures and i am old enough to still remember them in the shops, from my own point of view as a kid they were great , reasons being the soft heads you could squeeze so they looked funny i could squeeze mr t's head and make him look like a bad ass buddhist monk, go on try it. or you could swap heads from a-team figures with masters of the universe ones ,
also his tool box and accessories just awesome and could hide your sweets in his tool box,
The issue i came across with these figures as a kid is the knee joints were pins that if you bent knee they would pop out, my dad fixed mine several times,
Galoob also made GI Joe sized figures with same type of 0-ring structure which was great you could put figures in there playsets and vice versa , the 3.75 inch figures were very easily broken mot you will see now have no thumbs they broke off easily.
the 3.75 inch line had some great vehicles such as the GMC Van, Face's corvette, tactical vehicle, jet plane and many more.
